About the Schools Programme

Longford Schools Photography Programme is Irelands largest and longest running schools photography programme. It is organised and funded by Longford County Council Arts Office and is operated in partnership with all Longford secondary schools.

The programme is facilitated by local photographer Shelley Corcoran. Shelley is a BA Fine Art [Photography] graduate from Dun Laoghaire Institute of Arts, Design and Technology. She has established her own practice in Longford, she works with the local media and has extensive teaching experience.
