Shelley Corcoran

Photography has been my passion my entire life. I studied in the Dún Laoighaire College of Art, Design and Technology receiving a distinction in my photography degree. I have travelled extensively and taken part in many photography exhibitions both at home in Ireland and abroad, including countries such as Spain, China and the USA.

The main area I specialise in is portrait photography which combines my love of photography with meeting and interacting with new people and hearing a bit of their story. As a photographer, I love seeing people’s faces when they get a professional photograph which captures that moment of love, laughter, friendship and time. With this in mind I would also be very aware of how uncomfortable some people can be in front of a camera, having worked on portraits regularly. So, it is not only my job to take that ‘once in a lifetime’ shot but also to ensure I put people at their ease.

I want everyone to enjoy their portrait experience, have some fun and walk away with an amazing photograph.
